JULY 25 – The MI will host a free webinar on Thursday, July 25 at 2:30 p.m. ET for all manufacturers and partner companies who are interested in offering work-based learning opportunities to students under the age of 18, such as job shadowing, high school internships, apprenticeships, pre-apprenticeships, summer employment, or any other employment circumstances.

  • This session, conducted in partnership with the NAM Legal Center and Fisher Phillips, LLP, will dive into federal labor laws relative to youth under the age of 18 and is aimed to help U.S. manufacturers understand how they can safely welcome these students into their facilities and provide them with hands-on work experience in a manufacturing environment. Register to attend today.
