Your Insights Needed: Frontline Leader Survey

The MI, in partnership with PwC, is conducting a survey to better understand how frontline leaders shape the employee experience in the age of AI. Building on a 2025 MI–PwC study that highlighted the importance of frontline employee experience for attracting and retaining talent, this research will identify the leadership and digital skills most critical for guiding teams through AI-driven change.
