Through the theme of “Manufacturing America’s Talent,” Summit attendees will learn about employer-driven solutions to help manufacturers build a skilled and future-ready workforce that drives innovation and growth. Starting April 1st, a call for proposals will invite breakout session submissions covering proven workforce strategies, advanced training approaches, impactful community partnerships, and the role of emerging technologies. This is an opportunity for manufacturers to showcase creative solutions and shape the future of America’s manufacturing workforce.
