For more insights: To provide guidance for manufacturers who wish to incorporate military-affiliated talent into their recruitment efforts, the MI (with support from Colonial Life) conducted a research study to examine the experiences and key insights of manufacturers that have successfully transitioned military-affiliated talent into the sector.
