Diversity and Inclusion: August Roundtable

The Manufacturing Institute will hold its next D&I Roundtable, Navigating Microaggressions in the Workplace, on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. ET. Mirroring our past roundtables, we will be discussing best practices, resources, and actions that manufacturers can replicate – exploring ways organizations can combat and navigate microaggressions in the workplace.

Attendees will hear examples of microaggressions, the impact on the recipients’ mental and physical health, and how to address them. Additionally, the session will provide guidance on the necessary next steps when a person unintentionally commits a microaggression and the pivotal role everyone in an organization plays in cultivating an inclusive work environment.
