The FAME 2026 National Conference is coming to Jacksonville, Florida!
Building on the exceptional success of the 2025 FAME National Conference, which brought together more than 250 attendees representing over 75% of FAME USA Network chapters from 26 states and 97 unique cities, we are excited now to announce the 2026 FAME National Conference!
The FAME National Conference offers a myriad of opportunities for professional growth and peer engagement. Attendees will benefit from dynamic sessions led by leaders from across the FAME network, invaluable networking, robust supports for educators, and of course, the sharing of best practices across chapters. The event truly serves as the springboard for innovation, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among professionals in the advanced manufacturing industry as we all collaborate through the FAME model of skills training.
Benefits of Attending:
- A deeper understanding of the FAME model
- New tools to build stakeholder engagement
- Real, actionable plans to support their work locally
- Chapter management strategies
- An amazing peer network
- And MORE!
Who Should Attend
Those who are currently supporting FAME chapters:
- Core members/employers: representatives from member employers that actively support AMTs and the FAME program, such as HR, operations and/or maintenance leads
- Supporting members/college partners: AMT instructors, Success Coaches, program chairs and deans should consider as well
- Associate members: K-12 representatives (teachers, CTEs, admins, counselors, etc.), economic development/workforce entities that support chapters and other organizations that regularly attend FAME meetings and support the program locally
AMT students and recent graduates are encouraged to attend. The FAME National Conference has traditionally had a big focus on the AMTs – it is as much about their learning and development as it is for everyone else. Their participation provides the rare opportunity to meet with representatives from across the FAME network, including peer AMTs, to learn as well as share their personal stories.
