As manufacturers confront persistent workforce shortages, many have an opportunity to better attract, support and advance one of the nation’s largest and most underutilized sources of talent: individuals with disabilities. While significant progress has been made, too many individuals with disabilities still encounter barriers to employment, career growth and full participation in the workforce.
