D&I Roundtable: Recruiting and Retaining LGBT+ Employees

As part of the Manufacturing Institute’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts, we will be hosting a virtual roundtable to enhance equality and opportunity in our industry. The discussion will feature voices at the forefront of the ongoing work in manufacturing, offering case study examples and industry-specific guidance. The roundtable will focus on best practices that can be adapted and implemented by your company and the key steps leading manufacturers are taking to create inclusive workplaces and the communities they operate in.

This program is targeted to an audience of manufacturing leaders—those interested in starting, sustaining or expanding their current Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
