Heroes MAKE America has been hard at work adding veteran talent to the manufacturing Industry.

What we’re doing

  • Since 2018, Heroes MAKE America has trained thousands of transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard members, reservists, and military spouses through our U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) approved SkillBridge training and placed them into rewarding careers in manufacturing.
  • This year through in-person and virtual Military to Manufacturing Career Fairs and Heroes Connect manufacturing awareness events we have reached over 2,400 military community connected individuals who are looking for manufacturing careers.

Why it matters

  • Veterans’ military training and experience equip them with unique skill sets and leadership qualities that allow them to succeed in a manufacturing work environment and careers.
  • As the labor force shortage continues, the military community continues to be a strong source of talent for manufacturers nationwide.
