Workforce Initiatives Specialist, MRC

Amber Morris is a dedicated Workforce Initiatives Specialist at the Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC).  With a rich background in community advocacy and cultural institutions in the Lehigh Valley, Amber brings a unique blend of creativity and innovation in building and supporting programs created for client-identified needs in education and youth engagement for the What’s So Cool About Manufacturing® initiative, and the WSCM Dream Team, to inspire the next generation of manufacturers. 

Amber’s expertise extends beyond her work at MRC. She has her BA in Theater, Concentration in Directing, from Temple University and her MFA in Museum Education, from the University of the Arts. She is the lead developer for the upcoming living Lenape Village at the Museum of Indian Culture, a project slated to open in Fall 2025.  She has held key roles at PBS39 and the National Museum of Industrial History, building platforms at institutions like the National Constitution Center and Philadelphia Zoo. Her passion for theater has seen her work as a freelance artist, director, and entrepreneur, blending creative perspectives into her work at MRC
