Austin Rock
Austin Rock, SHRM-CP, currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Acutec Precision Aerospace, Inc., a leading manufacturer of flight-critical components headquartered in Meadville, PA. In his role, Austin is instrumental in steering the HR department through significant organizational growth and development. He earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Religious Studies from Allegheny College and further advanced his expertise by obtaining an MBA from Penn State University’s Behrend campus in 2023.
Since Austin was appointed HR Manager, he has overseen a substantial 15% increase in the company’s headcount, reflecting his effective strategic planning and talent acquisition skills. Additionally, he has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at upskilling existing employees and fostering professional development within the organization.
