Brynt Parmeter
Brynt Parmeter is the Walmart Senior Director for Non-Traditional Talent & Head of Military & Veterans Affairs for the company. He is an Army combat veteran and served for more than 20 years in the infantry leaving the service as a colonel. After the Army, Brynt co-founded and grew four different companies in Palo Alto and San Jose, California in the technology and manufacturing sectors; served as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow for the US Department of Energy; and co-founded Call Sign Coffee Company, an eCommerce coffee roasting business that supports members of the military community. In 2019, he moved to Northwest Arkansas where, in addition to his role with Walmart, he is a member of several national and state boards to include the National Science Foundation Future of Work and Camp Alliance, Inc. He also serves as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for Arkansas.
