Jenelle Osborne
Jenelle Osborne joined NEPIRC in December 2023 as NEPIRC’s Manufacturing Ambassador Dream Team Project Coordinator. The objective of NEPIRC’s Manufacturing Ambassador Dream Team is to connect young manufacturing professionals to high school and community college students to build awareness of the viable manufacturing careers in our region. In her role as Dream Team Project Coordinator, Jenelle conducted school outreach to book in-school presentation dates, arranged Dream Team involvement in career fairs and summer youth camps and coordinated Dream Team Ambassador events.
In March 2024, Jenelle was promoted the newly-created position of Manufacturing Talent Stream Coordinator to reflect her expanded involvement in creating a talent pipeline for the region’s manufacturers. Jenelle’s efforts are concentrated on the attraction and retention of qualified talent for local manufacturers.
Jenelle joined NEPIRC with 10 years’ experience as a human resource professional at a world-class casino resort where she played an integral role leading the onboarding process, training, internal events and communications for the property. In her spare time, Jenelle participates in several fundraising efforts within her community, volunteers at her church and was selected as homeroom coordinator at her sons’ school. Jenelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from Misericordia University in 2005.
