She spearheads the highly acclaimed What’s So Cool About Manufacturing® Student Video Contest and the Pennsylvania Dream Team Ambassador program, impacting over 100 school districts and 5,000 students. Known for her problem-solving skills and engaging personality, Karen is a sought-after speaker on STEM education and workforce development.
