Kelcie Richart

Kelcie Richart serves as the Associate Director for Workforce Innovation at The Manufacturing Institute (MI), where she leads initiatives to build and sustain innovative workforce solutions that address the needs of the manufacturing industry. With a passion for public service and education-focused work, Kelcie leverages her expertise in partnerships, workforce pathways, and stakeholder engagement to create impactful programs that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Prior to joining MI, Kelcie played a pivotal role in developing and managing a successful FAME USA chapter alongside her multiple leadership roles as the Campus Director at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College. Her dedication to fostering student success and building relationships with key stakeholders has been a hallmark of her career. Kelcie brings a forward-thinking approach to workforce innovation, aiming to bridge the gap between education and industry while driving meaningful change on a macro level.
