Kristen McCain

Kristen McCain has worked at Eli Lilly and Company for over 33 years since graduating from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.  Kristen began her career as an engineer supporting Lilly’s manufacturing sites.  As she realized her passion for Human Resources, she completed her MBA at Purdue University and pursued a career in Human Resources supporting Manufacturing.  She has held roles in Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, and Strategic Business Partnerships.  In her current role as Associate Director of Strategic Talent Partnerships for Manufacturing and Quality, Kristen has responsibility for creating talent pipelines through partnership with higher education organizations including Purdue University and Ivy Tech Community College.
