Leticia Camara Roinesdal
Leticia is a leader within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice with over 15 years of consulting experience across Energy clients. Leticia has deep experience helping clients through complex business transformations via robust operating model, organization and workforce strategies, with deep experience delivering projects around workforce experience, DE&I strategy, data-driven change management, culture and communications.
Leticia is a graduate of Rice University and brings to a diverse international background; native in Portuguese, fluent in Spanish, and business proficient in Norwegian. She lives in Houston with her husband, three young kids and mini zoo (two dogs and a cat).
