Meghan Boryeskne

Director, Operations

Meghan Boryeskne is the Director of Operations at the Manufacturing Institute (MI), where she leads the organization’s operational strategy, systems and processes that support program delivery, events and organizational growth. She oversees project management, budgeting, technology platforms and operational excellence to help advance the Institute’s mission.

Prior to joining the MI, Meghan built her career leading operations, project management and large-scale events across the nonprofit, higher education, government and private sectors. She previously held several leadership positions at NASPA, directing event strategy and operations for national conferences and professional development programs serving thousands of attendees. She also supported the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs through government contracting leading meeting planning initiatives that advanced Veteran health priorities. She earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University.

Beyond her professional work, Meghan is an active mentor for BEST Kids, a mentor program serving youth in the foster care system in Washington, DC, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. Originally from New Jersey, she is now based in Washington, DC.
