Paul Thomas
Paul Thomas brings experience in workforce development and talent pipeline building across Southeast Michigan. Prior to joining The Manufacturing Institute, Paul supported internship development efforts in the City of Detroit and served as an Apprenticeship Coordinator at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, where he worked closely with employers, educators, and students to create sustainable pathways into high-demand careers.
In his role with FAME, Paul is focused on launching new chapters and supporting program growth nationwide to help address today’s manufacturing workforce challenges. He is passionate about launching chapters for FAME participants to get rewarding careers in manufacturing.
Paul lives in Toledo, Ohio with his wife and dog. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys staying connected to his community.
