Renee Hollis
Renee Hollis is a Systems Administrator at the Manufacturing Institute, the nonprofit affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In her role, Renee provides administrative support for recruitment, enrollment, follow up, and data management across all program areas for the Heroes MAKE America initiative.
Renee has extensive experience in workforce development. Prior to joining the Manufacturing Institute, Renee spent 28 years working for the Northern Middle Tennessee Local Workforce Board as the Director of Policy and Performance Management where she was responsible for developing workforce development policy, overseeing program performance, and training staff. Renee also worked with our nation’s transitioning military members and veterans through multiple Department of Labor grants.
Renee resides and works remotely in Nashville, Tennessee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Austin Peay State University and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, crafting, and traveling.
