Stephanie Regan
Stephanie Regan serves as the Director of Corporate Citizenship at AAON, Inc. Prior to this role, Regan held positions as Community Affairs Director at APSCO Manufacturing, Corporate Market Director for the American Heart Association and worked as a recruiter in industrial staffing.
She earned a degree in International Affairs from the University of Georgia and serves various nonprofits and organizations locally and nationally including the Manufacturing Institute, the State Chamber of Oklahoma, Leadership Oklahoma, Resonance Center for Women, the Sustainability Alliance, Tulsa Regional Stem Alliance, Family and Children’s Services, the Leadership Exchange Academy, the Tulsa Ballet, the Rotary Club of Tulsa, the Oklahoma Academy, the Tulsa Regional Chamber, and the Tulsa Area Manufacturer’s Association. She serves on the Commerce Bank Advisory Board, is a gubernatorial appointee to the Governor’s Council on Workforce and Economic Development and serves on the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority.
Regan was named as one of the 2020 Oklahoma Women in STEM honorees, the 2019 Goodwill TulsaWorks Hero Award Winner, YWCA’s 2017 Women of the Year, the Journal Record’s 2017 Women of the Year, Oklahoma Magazine’s 2017 40 Under 40, the Journal Record’s 2016 Women of the Year, Tulsa World’s People to Watch in 2016, a 2016 Journal Record Achiever Under 40, a 2015 National Women in Manufacturing STEP Ahead Award Winner, 2015 Woman of Distinction, Tulsa Business and Legal News 2014 40 Under 40, has received awards for Outstanding Achievement in Fundraising and is a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class XXIX and Leadership Tulsa Class 50.
