Overview

This toolkit was designed to help human resource and operations teams, plant managers and supervisors identify and deploy internal Ambassadors to help identify new talent pipelines and develop new local recruitment relationships. It provides smart practices, recommendations and templates to jumpstart a productive program that will allow manufacturers to establish external relationships and strengthen local pipelines for future talent.
