Women MAKE Awards
The Women MAKE Awards are dedicated to elevating and highlighting the manufacturing workforce. Each year, the Women MAKE Awards gala recognizes 100 industry leaders and 30 rising stars who have been nominated by their companies as exemplary professionals recognized for their innovation, dedication, contributions and leadership. Awardees participate in a 2-day leadership development conference in Washington, D.C., ahead of the awards gala.
Since its launch in 2011, the Awards have honored and recognized more than 1,700 Honorees and Emerging Leaders, who have returned to their workplaces and communities committed to making an impact – many by mentoring and inspiring the next generation to explore careers in manufacturing.
