They also allow students the opportunity to gain experience with manufacturing processes and safety concepts, industrial work environments, and professional cultures–all of which will help them make more informed decisions about their future career pathway.
This webinar, conducted in partnership with Fisher Phillips, will dive into federal labor laws relative to youth under the age of 18, to help manufacturers understand how they can safely welcome youth into their facilities and provide them with hands-on work experience in a manufacturing environment.
