Andy Silver was born and raised in Asheville, NC, and has followed a unique path into the world of manufacturing. After spending 12 seasons as a crewman in the NASCAR industry and running the family’s used automotive business, Andy relocated to Charlotte in 2017. He joined Ketchie, a trusted CNC machine shop known for precision and customer-focused solutions, as the Sales and Marketing Manager.

With a passion for building relationships and supporting the community, Andy and his wife Courtney, the President and owner of Ketchie, started a job shadowing program for high school students named Opportunity Knocks.
