Audrey Chlarson

Audrey Chlarson is the Manager, Placement and Career Services, for Heroes MAKE America (HMA) at the Manufacturing Institute, the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturing (NAM), the nation’s largest industrial trade association. In her role, Audrey provides comprehensive support to HMA participants and alumni as they navigate their career development journey.

Prior to joining the Manufacturing Institute, Audrey was the Senior Transition Specialist for the USO Transition Program at Fort Cavazos, Texas. Within that role, Audrey was responsible for working directly with transitioning service members and their families to ensure a successful transition from the military. She created employment pathways and provided superior service to our veteran communities.

Audrey holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M University – Central Texas. She is an Army Veteran and was a Military Spouse for 20 years. She resides in Central Texas with her husband and two daughters. During her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and attending her daughter’s sporting events and the University of Texas football games.
