Cara Klyn

Cara Klyn is a Senior Corporate Account Specialist at Cara Collective. She works directly with Chicagoland employers in helping them diversify their talent pipelines while working intimately with job seekers to help them secure meaningful employment. She guides people in the job search by examining barriers to employment an individual may face, including on-the-job experience, criminal background, instable housing, transportation challenges, and childcare needs. Cara has held multiple roles at Cara Collective, and has been at the organization for three years. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Criminology, Law, and Justice.
