Iryna Tiasko

Events & Special Projects Associate

Iryna Tiasko is the Events & Special Projects Associate at the Manufacturing Institute, the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In her current role, Iryna supports institute’s flagship events and webinars, works on continual process improvement to drive efficiencies, and supports cross-functional projects within the institute.  

Iryna joined the MI in April 2025. Prior to joining the Institute, Iryna served as Senior Associate, New Business Development and Project Management at Chemonics International Inc. During her time at Chemonics, she supported a start up of a $30M project, participated in proposal development efforts, and provided executive and operational support to 22 projects. Prior to Chemonics, she interned at the Human Rights Initiative at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at Georgetown University, as well as other research positions across various organizations.  

Iryna holds a degree in International Politics with a minor in Japanese from Georgetown University. She is proficient in five languages. Iryna is based in Washington, DC, prior to that she lived in Ukraine and Japan. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and reading.
