Matt Springer

Matt Springer is a workforce partnerships principal specialist for American Honda Motor Co., Inc., overseeing workforce partnerships for Central Ohio. Prior to his current role, Springer spent 15 years at the Honda East Liberty Plant, where he gained extensive experience in maintenance, engineering, systems/IoT, equipment reliability, and leadership. His diverse background includes frame assembly plant departments with a focus on automated equipment, project management, systems/IoT leadership, reliability leadership, and organizational development. He has been with Honda since 2009.

Springer holds a A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Edison State Community College in Piqua, Ohio where he was named an Outstanding Mechanical Engineering Technology Student and served as a member of the champion robotics capstone project team. He is a Certified Reliability Leader through the Association of Asset Management Professionals. Springer is passionate about supporting the strategic pipeline of talent needed to grow manufacturing opportunities at Honda in Ohio.
