Monique Lopez Hill

Director, Workforce Content

Monique is the director of workforce content at the Manufacturing Institute, the nonprofit affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). She leads content strategy for the Institute, guiding message development, editorial direction and digital storytelling to elevate workforce solutions and strengthen the manufacturing talent pipeline.

Prior to joining the Manufacturing Institute, Monique was a communications manager at Stand Together and the Charles Koch Foundation for the future of work portfolio.

Monique holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, San Bernardino and a master’s degree in communication and leadership from Purdue University. Outside of work, she’s trying a new recipe, starting a new crochet project, or cheering for the Dodgers. She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and corgi.
