Nate Titus
Nate Titus is a workforce partner specialist for American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and oversees the western Ohio region.
In 2016, Titus was hired at Honda as the cost lead at the Marysville Auto Plant where he worked on several projects, including a paint shop expansion, facility weld innovation, and the 2018 Honda Accord. In 2019, he moved to facilities, leading Ohio Data Center mechanical operations. Titus joined Honda Development & Manufacturing of America in 2022, as a lead facility manager, responsible for repair and maintenance activities and projects associated with associate touchpoints and the forward-facing spaces in the company.
Titus transitioned to his current role in 2024, where his passion for helping the next generation workforce is realized by working to improve manufacturing opportunity awareness with students, local and state government officials, and schools.
Prior to Honda, he was the assistant chief engineer for a commercial real estate firm in Columbus. Titus also served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation fuel technician onboard the USS Harry S. Truman, a nuclear aircraft carrier.
