Stephanie Spillman

Stephanie Spillman is a workforce partner specialist for American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and oversees the state of Indiana.  

Spillman began her career with Honda in 2008 at the Indiana Auto Plant, where she worked in manufacturing production and focused on associate experience, safety, and product quality. She later moved into a business-focused associate role before advancing to lead the morale division, where she oversaw general associate morale, management mentoring, staffing for the onboarding team, and managing the onsite fab shop and local repair area. She then became the plant morale cross functional leader, where she realized a passion for helping young people reach their full potential through workforce development.   

Spillman moved into her current role in 2024. She enjoys sharing the unique opportunities in manufacturing with students of all ages and works with local and state government organizations to help improve knowledge and awareness of manufacturing jobs.
