- Currently, Stephen serves as EY’s Americas People Advisory Services Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility Market Leader (AMM) covering HR functional and talent topics and East Region AMM DEI Leader where he is responsible to bring industry insights and the best of EY’s capabilities to the sector which includes: chemical, aerospace and defense, automotive and professional services industries to clients.

- Led large front office transformation effort focused on talent experience and recruitment for global staffing organization
- Supported global HR shared services design and implementation (including ServiceNow) and also supported subsequent global business services (GBS) coordination with Finance and Procurement
- Led large scale leadership development program for on of the largest transit systems in the US
- Supported org design efforts to stand up a digital organization for large manufacturing organization
- Developed tailored learning capabilities to support a supply chain planning organization standup
- Supported large fortune 500 HR integration effort focused on HR SSC standup, technology migrations, org design, rewards harmonization and change management
- Led org design associated with a 130B merger and tri-vestiture which included synergy capture and realization
- Implemented a variety of HR technology systems across clients and supported a variety of HR transformation efforts

Stephen speaks frequently about HR and talent topics at EY client events, and for a variety of groups including: the National Association for Manufacturing, Manufacturing Institute and the Mechanical Contractors Association events. In addition to speaking, he has developed and contributed to several thought leadership articles focusing on HR and people topics. Recently, he published thought leadership focused on the Aerospace and Defense workforce working with the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
