HR Generalist, Acutec Precision Aerospace

Tina Caldwell, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resource Generalist at Acutec Precision Aerospace, a leading provider of critical flight components to the aerospace industry. Before joining Acutec, Tina gained valuable experience working in radio as an on-air personality and traffic director, as well as in non-profit management.

At Acutec Precision Aerospace, Tina has concentrated on training and development. She has played a key role in collaborating with the training committee to implement a comprehensive training matrix, enhance the machinist training program, and develop a training accelerator. Additionally, she has engaged with various educational partners to offer diverse training opportunities for team members.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communications from Hiram College and an MBA from Gannon University. In her leisure time, Tina enjoys spending quality time with her family, horseback riding and actively volunteering as an organizational leader with the 4-H program and at the Crawford County Fair.
