Valerie Plis

Valerie Plis is the Director of Human Capital and Culture at JBM Packaging, a manufacturer of eco-friendly flexible packaging solutions and services. With 25 years’ experience in Talent and Organizational Development, Valerie oversees JBM’s strategic HR priorities, including Talent Acquisition & Development, Culture Development & Engagement and Fair Chance program.

Prior to working at JBM, Valerie served as a Leadership/Organizational Development Consultant. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she brought high-impact strengths-based consulting, training, and coaching solutions to companies’ everyday leadership, team development and human resources problems. Valerie is a facilitator for Xavier Leadership Center and other organizational development programs focused on Talent and Leadership Development and Engagement.
