The modern manufacturing workforce needs access to the skills necessary for careers in an increasingly advanced, 21^st-century industry. The Manufacturing Institute leads workforce and education policy for the National Association of Manufacturers to encourage federal and state policies that align workforce training and educational priorities and goals will be prepared to meet manufacturers’ needs.
