D&I Roundtable: Connecting Manufacturers to Neurodiverse Talent

On February 22, the Manufacturing Institute held a roundtable on Connecting Manufacturers to Neurodiverse Talent featuring Danny Combs, Founder and CEO of TACT (Teaching the Autism Community Trades) and Co-Founder at Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce and Ivan Rosenberg, Founder and President of The Uniquely Abled Project.

The discussion focused on ways manufacturers can recognize and harness the strengths of individuals with autism and how to develop successful hiring initiatives for neurodiverse talent. Attendees heard real examples of ways organizations can enable these individuals to thrive in the workplace. The roundtable featured resources to get involved with TACT and The Uniquely Abled Academy, along with best practices and ways to create neuroinclusive workplaces.
