D&I Roundtable: Connecting Manufacturers to Neurodiverse Talent

As part of the Manufacturing Institute’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts, we will be hosting a virtual roundtable to enhance equality and opportunity in our industry. The roundtable will focus on best practices that can be adapted and implemented by your company and key steps to create neuroinclusive workplaces.

Join us to learn ways for employers to recognize and harness the strengths of individuals with autism, which will in turn help diversify and expand the talent pool and welcome fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to manufacturing roles. Attendees will hear subject matter experts share real examples of ways organizations can enable neurodiverse individuals to thrive in the workplace.
