The Manufacturing Institute is here to provide solutions.
What You’ll Learn
We invite you to join us for The Manufacturing Institute Solution Series: Retention, a new workshop series focused on one of the top issues facing manufacturers: retention. The MI’s Solution Series will be a results-oriented event for an exclusive group of manufacturing leaders and will equip you with real action items you can begin to implement immediately.Who Should Attend
Retention strategies require collaboration across your organization. For that reason, this workshop recommends your company to send up to three leaders, such as your chief human resources officer, chief diversity officer, director of human resources, chief operating officer, etc, to the event. Why You Should Attend
Have you ever had a harder time retaining employees than you are right now? In January 2022, there were nearly 855,000 open manufacturing jobs, and for every 100 open jobs in America, there are only 58 people looking for work. With 3.6 million people quitting their job in manufacturing in the last 12 months, it’s no wonder that one of manufacturers’ top challenges continues to be the ability to attract and retain a qualified workforce, as noted in the NAM’s Quarterly Manufacturers Outlook Survey.Hosted By
