Military to Manufacturing Virtual Career Fair – Employer Registration

We invite you to join The Manufacturing Institute’s Heroes MAKE America program for a virtual career fair focused on connecting members of the military and veteran community with manufacturers who are hiring!

Heroes MAKE America supports manufacturers and our nation’s military community by creating opportunities to connect. Through Heroes MAKE America, manufacturers recruit, hire, and retain a diverse military affiliated workforce while showcasing rewarding industry careers!

Veterans and military spouses are well-positioned to succeed in manufacturing jobs with skills, talents, and training that are highly valued.

Registration Fees

For Employers: There are two registration options available to participate in the Virtual Career Fair. You must select either the Premier or Standard Employer option to be a registered employer for the event.

Your registration fee for this event directly contributes to empowering our nation’s Heroes. All proceeds from the career fair will support the Heroes MAKE America program. The Heroes MAKE America program provides scholarship opportunities to participants, enabling them to access the training and resources they need to succeed. By joining us, you’re not just connecting with top talent; you’re investing in the future of those who have served our country.

$750 – Premier Employer (10 spot availability)

Premier Employers will provide a 3-5-minute company promotional overview at the beginning of the event, educating job seekers on company specifics to draw participation to their breakout room. All Premier Employers give their company overview presentation prior to participants joining company specific breakout rooms for additional information and Q&A sessions with job seekers. Additionally, the company logo will be listed on all marketing collateral as a Premier Employer. Post event, all companies will be given a follow up report with participant contact information and resumes (if participant provides) so that follow up may be conducted.

$500 – Standard Employer (20 spot availability)

Standard Employers will have a designated breakout room to present company specific information and conduct Q&A sessions with job seekers. Additionally, the company logo will be listed on all marketing collateral. Post event, all companies will be given a follow up report with participant contact information and resumes (if participant provides) so that follow up may be conducted.
