Solving the Talent Equation

The Manufacturing Institute Workforce Summit is a one-of-a-kind gathering of the brightest minds, innovative leaders and industry experts who are passionate about shaping the future of manufacturing. This national conference will focus on elevating innovative employer-led solutions to address the biggest workforce development challenges facing modern manufacturing. 

The 2024 Manufacturing Institute Workforce Summit will surface talent solutions, highlight proven models, amplify innovative training strategies, and provide attendees with opportunities to explore community partnership models in action. In support of this conference theme, the MI is seeking proposals for breakout sessions to share innovative, employer-led workforce solutions with the audience. The audience for the Workforce Summit is primarily manufacturers, education and training providers, philanthropy leaders, government officials, and community-based organizations.
