Sara Tracey, PhD.
Sara joined the OMA in 2020 and is responsible for the organization’s workforce services, including sector partnership technical assistance and learning community management. She also oversees the OMA’s federally funded work-based learning and Industry 4.0 credentialing initiatives. Prior to joining the OMA, Sara was Director of Business and Industry Partnerships at Thomas P. Miller and Associates, a workforce and economic development consultancy.
Sara has a Ph.D. in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago and taught college writing and literature courses before beginning her career in workforce development.
