Manufacturers around the country were surveyed on current practices and attitudes around DE&I topics such as hiring practices, diversity-related reporting and employee resources, as well as measuring progress from the previous survey. These survey results suggest that while most companies acknowledge the importance of DE&I from a business perspective, more can be done to ensure that all manufacturers are aware that DE&I benefits everyone and can help grow the workforce.
