- Participants will have the opportunity to upload their resume during the registration process which will be shared with participating employers.
- A list of participating employers will be sent to all registered job seekers the week of the event. Review the list of participating employers and conduct research to help you engage effectively.
- Get the recruiter’s contact information and ask about the best way to follow-up.
- Within 24 hours, follow-up with every company that interests you.
- Invite others within your military-connected network to attend.
