Retired Colonel John Buckley, Outreach Strategies at Koch Industries, will present simple and practical advice on how to conquer the transition. Armed with his personal transition experience and extensive knowledge of the hiring and on-boarding processes, John will deliver tips and best practices for:
- Getting the “proper sight picture” on your next career
- Sending applications “down range”
- Writing a resume that’s not in “secret code”
- Interviewing without an “interpreter”
- Negotiating an offer, which can lead you to “mission accomplished”
