Monica Duong

Associate Director, Technology and Platforms

Monica Duong is the Associate Director of Technology and Platform Optimization at the Manufacturing Institute (MI), the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In her role, Monica plays a pivotal role in the development and deployment of technology and platforms to maximize the entire MI’s impact.

Monica joined the MI in 2023 as the Senior Program Manager, FAME USA. With a background in two industry giants, Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson, Monica previously served as a Program Manager, overseeing cloud software solutions and system integrations while orchestrating multifaceted projects and optimizing program efficiency.

Monica’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing, as well as a master’s degree in business management. Beyond her professional endeavors, she’s a spin and outdoor enthusiast, a dog lover, and a passionate volunteer and advocate within the foster care community in Orange County, California, where she currently resides.
