Monica Duong
Monica Duong is the Senior Program Manager, FAME USA at the Manufacturing Institute (MI), the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In her role, Monica plays a pivotal role in the development and management of a suite of cutting-edge software platforms that uphold the global-best standard of the FAME model, and helps the FAME team deliver invaluable resources, data, and training materials to the FAME USA network.
With a background in two industry giants, Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson, Monica previously served as a Program Manager, overseeing cloud software solutions and system integrations while orchestrating multifaceted projects and optimizing program efficiency.
Monica’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing, as well as a master’s degree in business management. Beyond her professional endeavors, she’s a spin and outdoor enthusiast, a dog lover, and a passionate volunteer and advocate within the foster care community in Orange County, California, where she currently resides.
