Susan Courtney

Susie Courtney is the Senior Manager, Partnerships for the Manufacturing Institute the non-profit affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers. In this role, Susie supports the development and maintenance of the MI’s strategic partner base as the MI seeks to inspire, educate and empower the manufacturing workforce of today and tomorrow.

Prior to joining the MI, Susie was Manager, Office of the President for the NAM supporting the association’s President and CEO in operations working hand in hand with the Chief of Staff and the NAM Board of Directors. Before joining the NAM, Susie worked on Capitol Hill in the office of Congressman Mike Bishop (MI-08).

A native Michigander, Susie currently lives in Chicago, Illinois with her husband. She is a certified yoga instructor teaching class in her spare time and a graduate of Saint Mary’s College – Notre Dame with a B.A. in English Literature and Communication Studies.
