Tori Cox

Manager, Women’s Engagement

Tori Cox is the Manager of Women’s Engagement at the Manufacturing Institute, the workforce and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In this role, she supports the development, growth and maintenance of the Manufacturing Institute’s women’s engagement programming.

Tori has experience in program development, volunteer management, community outreach, and a history of working with environmental engineers and operators. She most recently served as Program Manager at Discover Engineering where she led a Global Middle School STEM program called “Future City” which encouraged students to imagine, research, design, and build cities of the future while addressing a solution to a citywide sustainability issue. Prior to that, she was the Association Engagement Manager at the Water Environment Federation.

Tori is a native of Washington D.C. and received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She recently received certificates in Association Membership Growth and Creative Marketing from the Association Academy.
